How could I say in English in colloquial way in responce "How are you?" when I want to say that everything is the same like always. 编辑

It's not considered a real question, just a formality, just like the answer is always expected to be "I'm fine, thank you, and you?". One expression I like between colleagues or friends is "Struggling on, like most of us"Suggest edit
